Course introduction
To have worked in professional sports for the past 10 years – what is considered one of the highest performing fields there is – I have learned so much. I have seen that without the simple day plan you can’t dream of a bigger goal and without a small effort each day no world level result will come.
For a professional athlete to become a champion you do not have to run the fastest time of your life every day, but you do have to take the right steps towards it every single day. Same is true on everyday life for us all.
I am so excited to share this course with you because it is something I have been perfecting and planning for a while – I am happy that you do not have to search for those solutions for another 15 years yourself but the course is put together for you what I wish I’d known already 15 years ago myself.
I feel now when I have much more in my life than in my 20s – I have family, business, house etc. – but I get so much more done than before with less stress because I found a system that works.

- My name is Kadri and for the past 10 years of my life I have worked as a sports manager. My favorite part of my job has always been mental and physical growth and development, human behavior and relationships and to see people going after their dreams whilst trying to find balance with everything else what’s going on in their life.
